TKA teamed up with Japanese body shop line builder to help this Canadian automotive manufacturer improve body dimensional accuracy of a newly added vehicle. As the result of our 6 month long exercise mostly for online build fine-tune in and several Kaizen initiatives, PIST (Percentage in Specified Tolerance) at A metric (Main Body Frame) went up from 77% to over 90% per GDIS measurement criteria which was best in its parent company community at that time.
