独立系新興米国自動車メーカーによる新車種の開発を支援しました。ボデーオンフレームを前提にした270プレス部品が19サブアセンブリーとなる構造で車両設計の初期段階から参画し、板組量産性、基準配置、公差配分、主要測定点の設定、GD&Tの作成を担当し、メタルマッチ迄の一貫した3Pエンジニアリング業務を完遂しました。
TKA supported an independent venture vehicle production organizer who developed wheelchair accessible vehicle from scratch. This was body on frame architecture composed by 270 stampings that turned into 19 large chunk modules. Our service was initiated with GD&T and earlier stage buildability analysis. Metal match activities happened in tier 1 vendor plant and final body build locations. This is typical complete set of 3rd party engineering package designed to assist automotive OEM as neutral referee in full control of die builders, assembly tooling sources, part vendors, final assembly plant and math data design houses.
