独立系中国自動車メーカーの新車種の開発を支援しました。プレス単品の精度規格書(GD&T)の作成から量産工場でのボデー玉成活動まできめの細かいサービスを提供しました。構造部品のプレス金型と溶接組立治具は中国製でしたが、当方の350件を超える不具合速報が処理され最終ボデー品質は95％となり同社が他国から輸入・ノックダウン生産する機種の精度を超えました。
This program was our first coworking experience with Chinese automotive builder who had never developed its own vehicle. Our support was begun with GD&T development during initial engineering stage and was finished through online metal match activities at production plant in China. Structural components included HSLA and are tooled by Chinese sources. With over 350 feedbacks from metal match implemented, BIW dimensional accuracy reached 95% which was greater than other vehicle line-ups knock-down built by the customer with much imported contents.
