本機種は既販車のマイナーチェンジで従来のモジュラービルド工法をレイヤードビルドに転用したボデー構造でした。本社ボデー工場のみならず一次下請け部品メーカーでのスクリューボデー活動を行い広範囲の品質向上に努めました。ボデー品質は最終的に91％に達し顧客から評価を受けました。
One uniqueness to this program was conversion of Modular Build architecture to Layered Build carryover vehicles. Our MEU team supported tier 1 supplier for finetune in its deliverables through joint Screw Body metal match exercises and then helped final body assembly plant. Main body accuracy hit 91% as the result of MVB non saleable build. Online build mini matching of core supplier assemblies had become standard of the customer launch practice.
