アルミ部品によるボデー開発に取り組みました。合計300部品からなるアルミシートプレス部品のほか、アルミ押出部品とアルミ鋳造部品がスポット溶接、リベット締結、MIG溶接などの様々な締結技術で組み立てるボデー品質玉成は新世代の電気自動車を世に送り込む意義深い活動です。
TKA is challenging full aluminum body in white integration which is unique to pure electric vehicle architecture. A wide variety of assembly techniques inclusive of rivets and MIG welds in addition to regular spot weld to match up aluminum sheet metals, aluminum castings, aluminum extrusion parts and HSLA stamping components. TKA was involved in early stage buildability advisory and is currently assigned to final launch efforts for quality optimization.
