タイ自動車プレス部品メーカーの量産立ち上げ支援と生産性向上活動を担当しました。GD&T解釈指導から金型補正、金型外段取り並びに内段取りの指導など改善項目は多岐に亘り120を超えるプレス部品の玉成を指導しました。
TKA was in full support of Thailand sheet metal component builders who had limited GD&T experiences and had never developed 120 kinds of press parts at any one program. Our activity including various Kaizen advisory services lasted more than one year and resulted in achievement of complete PPAPs on a number of difficult subassembly components.
